The entrance to the old basement of Savannah's original Sears & Roebuck building is easy to miss if you're not looking for it. The single door entrance was an afterthought which is evident by the 217 1/2 address. Once you find the 6-foot storefront and go down the stairs that lead to a spacious gastropub with 200-year-old back walls, stained glass, & Edison light bulbs softly lighting this historic Savannah space. The pub itself specializes in reimagining classic pub fare with a new Americano culinary twist.
